If it helps anyone, i didn't have to remove the coolant or power steering fluid. If you take the belt of it gets easier. You can fish it out and In the same way. I have to rotate it, turn it, flip, then willfully squeeze it pass to get the old one out then i did the same with getting the new one in without a hammer but i was doing a vavle adjustment a.t.s.t. so i did have a lot more space to move it. But i got it out that way with the engine fully assembled so, it might not matter. Hope this helps anyone

I got a 2017 nissan Altima, code p1148, something about the heater, I got the wrong plug as did you and did the same thing on the pigtail, still isn’t registering that I replaced the o2 any ideas?

Appreciate the guidance, but I'm never doing this sht again! Absolutely terrible to massage through. Extra Tip, disconnect the throttle cable so you can slide the new PS hoes behind it. Makes it 100% easier. If you can have a shop do it, I'd suggest letting them do it. 🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧🥵

This video is amazing you’re a great person, I have a question, my throw out bearing went out which is why I’m pulling the trans, the clutch was replaced by a shop about a year ago and I just went to pull the pins from the shifter linkage and one of the two lower pins was never put back by the shop, do you think that could be a reason for my TOB going out? I have no idea where to get a new one or where to even start

Thank you - it was a little rushed but I just played it again - drive cycles is not common knowledge at least for me. The smog check tech won't offer the simple just drive it for a while thing that a mechanic does - it's frustrating and ends up costing $$$ while I think something is badly wrong with the car. It is kinda sleazy especially in California that the cars computer does these test / drive cycles which have specific range of aspects that must be met in order to pass a smog check... meaning that you will get charged for a test that isn't what a smog check use to be but something a scanner will provide as far as if it's a pass or not - before going for the test so you just know it will pass... otherwise it's pay again and again for the problem... it's actually crazy!

Don't use brake cleaner on the throttle body. It can damage rubber seals and other components. Get a proper throttle body cleaner which is designed specifically for this purpose. CRC throttle body and intake cleaner.
